Looking for a Lead Primary Guide (3 to 6)Â and a Toddler Lead Guide (18 months - 3 years)
We are seeking an experienced, Christ-loving Primary Montessori Guide to join our growing school community. This is a full-time, lead teaching position in a beautifully prepared Montessori environment that supports the whole child — academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience in a Primary Montessori classroom (preferred)
* AMI, AMS, or MACTE-accredited Montessori certification (required)
* Strong commitment to Christian values and Biblical worldview
* Excellent classroom management, communication, and parent partnership skills

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Leading a Montessori Primary or Toddler classroom with love, grace, and intentionality
* Creating and maintaining a beautiful, peaceful, and orderly environment where children can thrive
* Presenting Montessori lessons in accordance with individual readiness and the developmental needs of each child
* Integrating Bible stories, scripture, and Christ-centered conversations into the daily rhythm using a Montessori-based approach
* Fostering independence, curiosity, and a deep love of learning
* Observing and documenting student progress, and communicating with parents regularly via transparent classroom and brightwheel
* Collaborating with fellow staff members in prayer, support, and spiritual unity
* Modeling Christ’s love and character in all interactions with students, families, and coworkers
